Our RETURN POLICY :

• That all items be unused and in their original packaging for a full refund of the cost of said item.
• IF the item is defective and does not work properly, please return it with its original packaging when ever possible. **This DOES NOT APPLY to big equipment. We will need additional confirmation that damage did not occur due to improper use or mishandling after purchase.
• If a 'defective' item is under warranty, we will ship out a replacement once we receive the defective item. **This DOES NOT APPLY to big equipment. We will require additional confirmation of an items defectiveness once returned to ensure damage did not occur due to improper use or mishandling after purchase.
• We won't accept any returns of disposables if more than 50% of an item has been used, (ie: gloves, opened files, face masks, etc)
• We DON'T accept returns for ANY BONE-GRAFT, COLLAGEN MEMBRANE, and/or COLLAGEN MEMBRANE. All Sales Are FINAL
• We DON'T accept returns of ANY EMERGENCY DENTAL KITS. ALL SALES FINAL due to the fact that medications are part of said kits. IF any item within the kit(s) are damaged upon delivery, we need proof of said damage to replenish without additional cost.
